Heerlijk! De gaskachel was al voor ons aangezet, zodat we snel onze druipnatte wandeluitrusting konden drogen. Daarna een goede warme douche en een heerlijk bed met top matras.

B&B De Tol is gevestigd in een voormalige winkel in een deel van het monumentale pand. De woonkamer met open keuken is enorm ruim en comfortabel en de keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Het geserveerde ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Omdat het onderkomen geschikt voor 5 personen (slaapplaatsen) hadden wij het met 2 personen enorm luxe. Vanuit de B&B loop je zo naar de Rijn(kade) en de restaurantjes. Parkeren op korte loopafstand. Toplocatie dus. Superfijn dat de verhuurder ons naar het startpunt van de Pieterpad wandeletappe in Braamt wilde brengen.
Dit is een persoonlijke beleving: de topmatras maakte een kuil dat vond ik minder. Het gehele onderkomen is heel schoon en netjes alleen de voegen v/d tegels in de badkamer kunnen een azijnbadje gebruiken. Een kleinigheid. Misschien wat extra haakjes in de slaapkamers om de jassen op te hangen.
