Waterman's Retreat is a bright, end-unit condo in Carnelian Bay offering the best of Lake Tahoe in every season. Just a short walk to the dog-friendly beach at Waterman's Landing, Gar Woods Grill & Pier, The Old Post Office Café, Magic Carpet mini golf, and more, it's perfectly positioned for both lake and local living. Inside, updated furnishings and three levels of living space provide comfort and flexibility for groups.
This retreat blends convenience, recreation, and relaxation year-round. In the winter, the condo is centrally located between Northstar California Resort and Palisades Tahoe, and in the spring and fall guests can access both the lake and the forest without driving. The condo is also conveniently located close to the Carnelian Woods HOA clubhouse with a community pool, and common areas with hot tubs, sauna facilities, and bocce and tennis courts.
For weddings and family reunion groups, this pet friendly rental condo is about 5 houses away from the Firefly Vacation Cabin and is only 7 and 8 properties away from the Welch Vacation Cabin and Sierra Willow Cabin.
All vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
