This magnificent villa is located in a 2-hectare waterfront condominium comprising :
- a bastide with 10 apartments ;
- 2 detached houses ;
- a 20 x 10-meter swimming pool
- a tennis court ;
- a small beach at the foot of the park;
- a janitor on hand to deal with any eventuality or difficulty.
All comforts include :
- one bedroom with a double bed ;
- another bedroom with a double bed ;
- a third bedroom with a double bed;
- a fourth bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed;
- four functional bathrooms;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a living room for relaxing after a day's outing.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. There are also two parking spaces in front of the house.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

- 20 minutes by car from the city center;
- 1 km from the naval shuttle to visit Porquerolles Island.
