About this villa rental
Villa located on the peninsula of Giens, 100 m from the sea, overlooking the bay of Almanarre, it offers a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains around Toulon. In a very quiet environment without being isolated, in the last line on the hill, close from the coastal path accessible by a gate, you will reach dream creeks which are 10 minutes walk. The large sandy beach of Almanarre is 5 minutes by car, the village of Giens 15 minutes walk (by road).
Rebuilt in 2018 in a contemporary style mixing terracotta of Salerno, wood and stainless steel, it offers a surface of 235 m2 on 2 levels, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms or shower, 3 separate toilets, a large living room dining room kitchen , more than 100m2 of terraces with multiple exposures of which 50m2 in roof top. The pool is heated by the sun assisted by a heat pump. The pool house has shower and toilet. A garden made up of multiple species and a wooded area isolates you from the neighborhood.
Located in a private estate of 19 houses in the last line on the hill, the road is deadlocked and parking is easy. In the area: volleyball and bowling, private access to the sea side Almanarre (Port des Barques) to paddle for example or sea bathing with young children (little depth). Access to the south coast of the peninsula by a gate located above the house: wild creeks (difficult access reserved for well-equipped people!), coastal road to the port of Niel or the village of Giens (30 minutes) or the Pointe des Chevalliers (1h) through small, uncrowded beaches like the Darboussières beach.
As it happens that the sun could be warm in this region, air conditioning is installed in all rooms.
The beds in the rooms can be single or double as needed (except in 2), linen is provided.
For recreation, TV lounge, table football, table tennis, petanque.
Cleaning included at the end of the stay and possible during the stay.
A 2000 € deposit is due: this deposit covers any damage not covered by your insurance ... if a glass is broken, just tell us to avoid in miss at the end of the season :).

Perfect home for spending time with family. Kitchen well equipped. Pool a total hit with all. Views and sunset amazing. Great hiking close by as well as swimming in the sea. Do need a car and large grocery stores are not close. Loved our stay!!!!

Wunderschönes und geschmackvolles Haus mit individueller Einrichtung. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ideal. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Der Kontakt mit Joel war sehr gut und superschnell. Vielen Dank an Joel und Valerie !!!

Wir haben eine Woche zusammen mit einer befreundeten Familie in diesem Traumhaus verbracht. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Das Beste ist die Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Blick zum Sonnenauf- und Sonnenuntergang. Ein perfekter Urlaub!
