Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 30 m² maisonette in Barneville-Carteret to rent for 2 people. It comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 540 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and armchairs, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room and WC
Outside:
- A 9 m² terrace, facing west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 540 m² enclosed shared garden
The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Dunes d'Hatainville about 10 minutes (4.9 km) away by car
- Grande Plage de Barneville approx. 9 minutes (4.7 km) by car
- Plage de la Potinière about 5 minutes (2.1 km) by car
- Club Nautique de Barneville-Carteret about 3 minutes (1 km) by car
- Carteret lighthouse, about 6 minutes (2.6 km) by car

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one vehicle).
