## Space
This newly renovated home is named after our dog, Hazel. It's nestled up on a hill among two dozen redwood trees and features modern river-inspired decor, with plenty of games and puzzles to keep you occupied.
Hazel's Hideaway sleeps six, has 2 bedrooms plus a bonus room with a queen bed & attached bath downstairs with another full bathroom, living room, dining room and full kitchen upstairs. The bonus room on the lower level is extra private with a separate entrance - as well as laundry if you need it! There is also a Pack n Play portable crib for your little ones.
The home features a smart TV with access to Netflix’s Standard plan with ads, available for guests to enjoy. You'll also find high-speed internet, a relaxing hot tub, and a gas fire pit — making this the perfect spot for a relaxing Russian River getaway.
*Our cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning of the house, patio/grill, outdoor space and hot tub after every guest. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. A living wage is a minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs and participate in their community.
*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.*
*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.
## Access
You'll have access to the entire house. No one will be sharing this area with you. Please note, the house is located on a hill which requires climbing a set of concrete stairs from the lower parking area (see listing photos).
## Interaction
I am an off-site host and have Ziprent Hospitality as my Co-Hosts to assist with all guest needs. We are available via Airbnb platform to assist/answer questions. For emergencies, you can call our dedicated hospitality department.
This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay! The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you 2 days prior to your stay.
## Neighborhood
The most amazing part of this property is its location. Guerneville is a short drive west and within minutes you can be at many of the boutique and world renowned wineries.
Mother's Beach is just a couple block walk away, and is a great launch & landing point for tubing down the river - or for just lounging in the sun.
There is a small convenience store named "Sam's Market" where you can pick up provisions. If you are needing a larger store there is a Safeway, 10 minutes west on River Road.
## Transit
Uber is usually available with 10-15 minutes of wait time.
Reception is not available for most cell phone providers at the house, but there is Wifi in the house and you can still make and receive calls using wifi calling (if your phone and network provider support this feature).
## Notes
The house is equipped with smart home technology, including a Nest Thermostat, Voice-activated Home speakers, streaming tv & music, as well as a Nest security camera system to maintain safety and security.
For security, there is one camera on the tree that is overlooking the driveway. There are no cameras in the house. Please note the house does not have AC.

We had the best time at Hazel’s Hideaway! The home is adorable, clean, and surrounded by beautiful trees and moss. We loved the hot tub, and the coffee that was provided. What a special, serene place to stay! Thank you!

6 of us with a dog stayed over Christmas. The location was great. Easy to find. 15 minutes from my daughter’s house in Sebastopol. The house was clean, very tidy. Coffee was provided which was a bonus. We lacked for nothing since we brought our food. The shower was great. We did not get to use the lovely patio or spa since it rained but would have been a great place to relax and read and entertain. Cannot wait to rent Hazels Hideaway again in the Summer months.

We spent two full days of activities. Going to Goats beach and Armstrong state park (great like Muir woods but less crowded) very enjoyable with the hot tub in the evening.
