About this villa rental
The VILLA is very spacious and fully air conditioned, offering great comfort with careful decoration. the kitchen is modern with all the necessary equipment. The sleeping area is very comfortable thanks to its high quality and large bedding (180 x 200). The villa has 4 independent and communicating spaces (ideal for several families) where each room has a bathroom or an individual shower room + wc and an LCD screen + DVD.

A billiard room is available with a TV corner.
A large terrace overlooking the Heated and secure swimming pool for children, offers a dining area and a relaxation area.
A corner is provided for the Weber gas barbecue, juxtaposing the terrace. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. An ironing board is provided with the iron. Hair dryer provided.
The VILLA is located in a quiet residential area by the sea between Nice and Antibes, near Nice airport. Ideally located because you can do everything on foot: 800 meters on foot from the beach, the port, shops, restaurants and transport.
The car is not necessary to go shopping on foot (a caddy is available) and transport (train and bus) are close.
Large choice of restaurants, quality local shops, local market and supermarkets.
Two shopping centers close to the villa by transport: CAP 3000 in Saint Laurent du Var and the Polygone Riviera in Cagnes sur Mer: Open-air shopping center with shops, restaurants and cinemas.
Marina of Cros de Cagnes with nautical activity and Hall of fresh fish.
In summer, events are organized on the seaside and the city of Cagnes offers various entertainment for adults and children with free music concerts.
The Cagnes s / mer racecourse with its panoramic restaurant located 2 km from the villa, offers horse racing and various activities.

The location was perfect. It was really easy to walk to the station for trains to Nice, Antibes, Cannes etc. We also walked to Cagnes-sur-Mer. The house is quiet and very well equipped. We used the pool every day.

We had high expectations for this holiday and we were not disappointed. Jean Luc's beautiful villa was fantastic and he was a wonderful host. It was the perfect base for a group of friends who enjoy good food and culture. Everything was walkable so no car required. Thank you Jean Luc for a fantasic holiday.

We had an amazing stay in this wonderful villa! It’s a fantastic property, clean, and very spacious for our family of seven. The pool, garden & terraces are perfect for relaxing & enjoying a BBQ, and, inside, the 4 bedroom/bathroom areas are completely separate giving everyone their own space. The kitchen has all the utensils & crockery you would ever need, even a couple of champagne stoppers, to keep the fizz fresh! There are dining tables both inside and out, and a very comfortable lounge area. We enjoyed a few games of pool in the basement games room and made good use of the utility room. Jean-Luc met us on arrival and gave us a very comprehensive overview of where everything was, how things worked, etc. There is no need to have a car when renting this villa. A shopping trolley is provided for trips to the supermarket and fab boulangerie, a short walk away. The local train station is about 10 minutes walk, with trains every half hour in both directions along the coast. We bought a Lignes Azur train pass for the two weeks we were there which was great value for money. We managed trips to Ventimiglia in Italy and St Tropez in the opposite direction, and everywhere in-between, Eze, Nice, St Paul de Vence & Villefranche being favourites. What a beautiful part of the world the Côte d’Azur is. Restaurants are within walking distance, along the front in Cagne (20 mins walk), and at the Quai in St Laurent du Var (30 mins walk). Great communication with Jean Luc throughout.

Beautiful villa, spacious, immaculately clean and the location was perfect. We all had a fabulous holiday and planning to return. Highly recommend this villa.
