Great place to stay near Nice. Balcony and the BBQ were great 😎
We had problem with the coffee machine and the electric sunshade. i wrote to the host in English, I suppose a company that manages multiple properties, and first they reply to me only in French, second they didn’t do anything to resolve the issue other than promising to replace the coffee machine. Which didn’t happen during the week of our stay 🤨

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement.
Les chambres étaient propres, confortable et bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal et permet de se déplacer facilement. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Casa molto bella, molto pulita, panorama mozzafiato, magnifico,cucina ben fornitaa di tutto il necessario, in ogni camera il bagno ben accessiorato.
Avevamo avvisato che il nostro arrivo era intorno le 18.00, siamo arrivati 1 ora più tardi, all'interno abbiamo trovato le Signore delle pulizie che stavano finendo, ci anno avvisatoche avrwbbwro terminto dopo circa 30 minuti.

Apartment was very clean with great amenities and great views from a wraparound balcony overlooking Cagnes-Sur-Mer town and the Mediterranean ocean.
Only down side during our stay in August 2025 was a non-functional oven in the kitchen and a gas BBQ that had run out of gas which I'm sure would have been rectified by now
