The room was excellent value for money. The house was spotlessly clean. There was an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet.
It was a great location with ample parking.
Very minor things that will improve the stay of future guests in my opinion would be a bin in the bedroom, curtains in the bedroom and free Wi-Fi.
As said these are minor details but I feel that they will make the property more homely.

My stay at Cosy Stay in Nottinghamshire was truly a refreshing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely host, who ensured everything was comfortable and in place. The environment was serene and very clean, making it easy to relax. The room was great value for money. I genuinely enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and hospitality; it was exactly what I needed.

The property was clean and welcoming apart from parts of the kitchen.
No TV which stated in the advertisement Lounge/TV room? Would have been nice to have wound down the day with a film or a DVD if required I know this would not be to everyone’s taste but the option would have been nice. It’s a little misleading to say TV room?
I had read that there was no WI-FI which was ok for us at this time but there are not many places to stay that do not include that as standard nowadays.
The kitchen had everything you needed for your stay but the cleaning wasn’t particularly good on that part of the property. Considering there is a dishwasher on site the plates had to be re washed before use. The drainer was left quite dirty and I left it the way I found it. The cutlery drawer was full of mix and match things that don’t belong in there.. not very clean to keep other sundries with the utensils you eat/cook with. As I am a cleaner myself so I know what I would expect.
