Kátay Apartman is my first place to stay in Szeged. It is within walking distance of the bus station, but can also be reached by bus and tram. Payment is made inside the vehicle with a bank card. I recommend buying a 24-hour travel card. There is a bus and tram stop very close by. If it is your first time without a car: look for Super Hamburger - it is a 1-minute walk away and can be seen from afar :)
The owner of Kátay Apartman is very responsive. I can describe the place itself as cozy and romantic - with lots of lights and flowers. Separate entrance. Free coffee and tea. The bathroom is extremely clean!
