Nagyon közel van a Pick Aréna! Aki messzebbről érkezik, és a Pick Aréna a célpontja, azoknak maximálisan ajánlom! A ház előtt tudtunk parkolni (ingyenesen). Közelben van még több bolt valamint étterem is! Busz/troli megálló is van a közelben, a belváros könnyen elérhető!
Nem igazán tudok negatívumot. Talán annyi, hogy kicsit kicsi a fürdőszoba.

Kényelmes a mérete 2-3 embernek. Jó volt az ágy, igényes ágyneművel. Azt kaptuk amit a képeken láttunk.

Nagyon jó helyen van nagyon rugalmas volt a hölgy aki a hivatalos részét intézte, könnyű volt bejutni a lakásba. Minden külső tényező ideális volna egy szuper szálláshoz de a tulajt valószínűleg csak a haszon érdekli (saját vélemény). A tisztaság NEM (ez tény)
Bent nagyon erős illatosító volt, nem tudom mit akart elfedni. Ami viszont 0 pontnál is kevesebbet ért az a tisztaság. Mindenhol több hónapos (talán éves) vastag por. Csak ott volt letörölve ahová a takarításra kiküldött személy felért vagy inkább ahol kedve volt elérni, mert az ágy alatt is több éves retek volt. A konyhai evőeszközök ragadtak, a bögrék kávésak és koszosak voltak a szekrényben. Mindent amit használni akartunk el kellett mosni előtte. Ezt nem kértük az árban.
