PINE CREEK HOME - A luxury retreat in a beautiful and convenient location in the town of Winter Park
Settled within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of downtown Winter Park, is a uniquely modern mountain home overlooking Vasquez Creek, featuring five bedrooms, multiple living spaces, and 5 bathrooms.
For those who appreciate the finer details, Pine Creek offers impeccable craftsmanship and custom features that are both functional and beautiful. Our family’s vacation home, completed in 2025, was custom designed to make the most of this serene property and provide our family (and yours!) a true alpine retreat.
Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by the warmth of the white oak walls and ceilings, which create a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The living areas are designed to offer ample space for gathering, whether for a quiet evening by the fireplace or a special family gathering. The gourmet kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, opens up to the main living space, ensuring that meal preparation is both a communal and enjoyable experience.
The five bedrooms are sanctuaries of comfort, featuring high-end memory foam mattresses that promise restful nights. The two primary master bedroom suites provide luxurious privacy, while an additional primary bedroom is adjacent to one of two bunkrooms – this one with 4 beds, including a creative nook hiding two twin beds. The other bunkroom is a kid haven with six twin beds arranged in a fun layout for the ultimate sleepover.
The entertainment areas are well designed, both inside and outside. Decks on all levels offer beautiful views of the surrounding property and sounds of the rushing creek. The overhead deck heaters ensure year-round comfort, making it a perfect spot for après-ski gatherings. The lower walk-out level features a large TV and bar area, perfect for movie nights or watching the big game. Just outside the large sliding glass doors is a large hot tub to relax away the day’s adventure.
The upper-level office area, which overlooks the creek and pine forest, offers a tranquil workspace with inspiring views… or maybe you just want to take your book or laptop out on the more private top-floor deck.
Practical amenities include a two-car attached garage with ample parking, ski storage, a mudroom, laundry room, and a walk-in pantry. High-end furnishings and accessories, along with Sonos speakers, enhance the overall experience, making Pine Creek a truly exceptional retreat.

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend together as a family in this beautiful new home. My husband and I hosted our 3 adult children, their spouses, and our 8 grandchildren for a few days in the mountains. While we had active days exploring Winter Park, our best memories were hanging out here as a family. Everything is brand new! The hot tub was a hit, as were the two family room areas, one on the main floor and one on the lower floor, so that kids could watch a movie at night while the adults relaxed a bit. Cooking and eating together are social events for our crew and the open, bright kitchen is fully equipped do you can make, serve and enjoy a great meal. The kids were inside while the adults enjoyed a peaceful meal on the deck ( which we realized had heaters while playing cards that night). The comfortable mattresses, heated floors, and fancy bathrooms were appreciated touches. Thank you, Julie, for being a great and responsive owner/host. We will definitely be back during ski season, especially since rthis is on the shuttle bus route to the slopes. This place is a gem!

We had an awesome stay at this home in Winter Park! The house itself is brand new and it is beautiful. The owners said they only rented selectively and you can see why - it is not a wham bam rental property. The fixtures, sheets, materials, kitchen supplies, etc were surprisingly high end.Our group had two families, six total kids, and we didn't touch two of the bedrooms because the kids loved being together in the bunk room! The two master suites were perfect for the parents - plenty of space, great quality beds, beautiful new bathrooms.The location is unbeatable. We walked into town multiple times to eat and once to watch a concert in the main town park area. Besides our trip to the resort, we did all of our hikes from the front door. The property itself feels like it is a treehouse built to enjoy the back decks and the sound of the rushing creek. It takes some careful maneuvering with young kids, but the property goes down to a creek in the backyard that they enjoyed for hours. Meanwhile, we parents could hear them from the deck and hot tub while enjoying a cold beverage.We really enjoyed our time here and wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely be back during ski season.
