Location and views are incredible--you can walk to several yummy restaurants (Sharkey's and Fraser Distillery to name a few). Hiking and e-biking a hit with all! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was perfect for our family. Enough room for 5 adults and 4 children. The house was beautiful and had everything you needed. The house is located close enough to catch the bus or walk into town. Winter Park is just down the street. The tubing on Fraser Hill was awesome!

We had an amazing stay at this home! The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect for hikes and walks to town. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and well-stocked and the living room was spacious and inviting, with a large TV and a fireplace. And, you can’t beat the view from the deck! The hosts were very responsive and made us feel welcome in the home. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a great place to stay. It's perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends!

I stayed here for New Years with a group of 8 adults aged 29-34 and we had an amazing experience.
The property is incredibly well furnished and situated, better than we expected. One of the things we really appreciated was how there was no shortage of towels (including Turkish Towels specifically for the private Hot Tub on the back porch).
Even though Frasier is quaint, the grocery store and restaurants are very easily accessible, including a short walk to Fisher's Bar. The bus to WP is easy to navigate and reliable.
I would strongly recommend staying here to anyone looking to enjoy the amazing Colorado mountains.
