About this house rental
Clean, quality custom home for you for your enjoyment complete with access to our boat slip at Mayfield Lake Marina less than a mile walk or ride down the hill.
On the ground level of the house is an oversized 2-car garage with 1/2 bath, with an additional garage bay for your ATV or golf cart. Through the front door you enter the Foyer with large windows and glass french doors which lead out to a dry patio space below the covered deck with furniture to help you lounge. The foyer also has heated tile flooring with a thermostat which makes the space very comfortable. The foyer has twin bunk beds and a large couch, as well as a large wall mounted TV making it a great spot to hang out with plenty of sunshine.
Upstairs has an open concept living and kitchen area. Spacious kitchen island, new kitchen appliances to include oven and convection microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and induction stove top with hood. Fully functional kitchen ready for your family meals. The living room includes a sectional with ottoman, large TV, coat closet and vaulted ceiling throughout this area. Off of this space the French doors lead you out to a 10'x28' covered deck with Infratech heaters that keep the deck very comfortable for your enjoyment after the sun sets. Expansive territorial views to include Mayfield lake complete this space with only the dramatic sunsets making it better.
The primary bedroom has its own bathroom with a large tiled shower, tiled and heated floor, and large vanity area. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and a wall mounted TV on a swivel.
Bedroom #2 is another good-sized bedroom with a view of Rainier outside the window, good closet space, wall TV and another comfortable bed. The guest bathroom is right outside of this bedroom and is a bathtub/shower combo, large vanity, tile floor and another view of Rainier.
The large laundry space is upstairs right outside these two bedrooms. All flooring upstairs is wide plank oak hardwoods which are soft under the feet. The house has heating and AC, as well as WIFI, Internet and satellite/cable TV. This house if fully furnished.
