This exclusive flat with about 75 square meters of net dwelling area and an ample balcony in the attic of our house, located in a bucolic village near the city of Schwäbisch Gmünd, offers everything for a pleasant sojourn. It consists of a large, homely living room with an ample balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds of 2x1m and walk-in wardrobe and a second bedroom with a 2x1m single bed, a spacious kitchen with dining corner, an optimally equipped bathroom with separate WC. All rooms have sun-blinds. Moreover, the apartment is equipped with colour television set, cable TV, hi-fi unit with DVD player and internet access – which will make you feel at home even during a prolonged sojourn.Of course, in front of the house there is a parking reserved for you.There is only one restriction: Pets and smoking in the apartment are not allowed.
