About this apartment rental
large very bright living room with dining room and sofa bed (2 sleeps), (2 double beds 4 beds) small kitchen with small oven and 2 induction hot plates, dishwasher, large bedroom with double bed, (2 sleeps) 2 rooms with bunk beds (sleeps 4). So with couch up to 12 beds! Please take care! 2 beds on the couch, which are absolutely suitable for a few days as a place to sleep.
WC and shower separated. Everything but in a small bathroom.
Shower lockable extra room. Everything in the apartment, separate private entrance.
Small terrace with barbecue
In rural location 15 - 20 car minutes away from 73575 Schwäbisch Gmünd and about 20 car minutes away from Aalen
Fully furnished everything is there what a guest needs to stay or for a few nights.
Apartment must be vacated on the day of departure until 12. 00 clock.

The property was exactly as advertised. A very cute apartment that was absolutely spotless! There is a small playground about a block away for kids. About 2.5 km away, there is a bigger town with restaurants and a grocery store. We loved the location because it is almost exactly 1 hour drive from both Stuttgart and Rothenburg, both places we were visiting on our vacation. The owner was very friendly and helpful. A great experience!

Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, die Dusche okay aber das WC ,1 zu wenig und es sollte zentral sein. An der Beleuchtung sollten noch Veränderung vorgenommen werden da zum Beispiel die zwei kleinen Zimmer obwohl ein Serienschalter verbaut wurde gleichzeitig leuchten,sonst alles okay.

- Die einzige Toilette ist hinter dem Haupt-Schlafzimmer angeordnet. Wer nachts auf Toilette muss, muss durch dieses Schlafzimmer gehen. Die Toilette hat keine Entlüftung.
- Gespräche im Außenbereich (normale Sprechstimme) stören unmittelbar die Nachbarn der eng bebauten Wohnsiedlung. Daher ist das Sprechen im Außenbereich ab 22:00h untersagt, wer sich unterhalten möchte muss reingehen.
- Die Zustellbetten im Wohnzimmer bestehen z.T. aus Liegen, bei denen es von unten kalt wird wenn man darauf schläft.
Diese drei Punkte sind in der Objektbeschreibung nicht beschrieben.
Für Monteure, ein Pärchen oder eine Familie evtl. ok, für eine Gruppe Kurzurlauber schwierig.
Wir hatten drei Nächte gebucht, sind nach der ersten Übernachtung gleich wieder abgereist, haben dennoch alle drei Nächte bezahlt.
Der Vermieter hat bei Anreise die Daten der Gäste nicht erfasst, aber nach der verfrühten Abreise bei fewo-direkt eine angebliche Überbelegung bemängelt. Tatsächlich waren weniger Personen als angemeldet in der Wohnung.
Insgesamt keine Empfehlung von uns.
