Logement très bien situé, à deux pas du lac du Bourget et proche du centre-ville. Accès facile et ultra sécurisé, avec parking souterrain et parking extérieur. Appartement propre, comprenant une chambre avec une literie correcte et des rangements. Salon-cuisine suffisamment équipé, avec un canapé-lit confortable. Salle de bain spacieuse avec toilette et baignoire. Grande terrasse donnant sur une belle cour, avec vue sur la montagne. Télévision, Wi-Fi gratuit… Très agréable pour une famille de 4 personnes. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande !
Les chaises du salon mériteraient d’être resserrées et les informations d’accès au logement pourraient être plus claires (numéro du bâtiment et de l’appartement). Nous avons pu accéder au bâtiment avec le nom du propriétaire, mais avons dû appeler la conciergerie pour obtenir le numéro exact de l’appartement. Sinon, rien à redire : super séjour à Aix-les-Bains !

L'emplacement de l'appartement au top entre le petit port et le grand port, tout se fait a pied, le lac, les restaurants et une boulangerie en face de la sortie de l'appartement. Très appréciable le parking souterain. La literie très confortable, tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine, rien a dire. Je recommande cet endroit
Par contre petit bémol, ménage à revoir entre 2.
