The view from the studio over the lake was incredible. The location was good too, being near restaurants and the lake and not far from Aix Les Bains itself. The studio was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.
The parking is not on site. Although there is free parking nearby, it was difficult to find a space on a busy weekend in September. On the Booking.com site it says "Free public parking is available on site (reservation not needed)". This is very misleading.
