Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man kann die Altstadt, den See und viele Restaurants bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Sie ist schön groß und super eingerichtet. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr gut, da sonst alle Parkplätze kostenpflichtig sind. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch prima, es ist alles vorhanden. Ideal ist auch die Waschmaschine. Eine schöne große Terrasse lädt zum Draußen sitzen ein.
Schade ist, dass die wunderschöne Terrasse nicht sehr gepflegt wird. Es waren überall Flecken auch den Kissen und Unterlagen. Es gibt auch ein Problem mit Ameisen und Taubenkot. Schade!
