Son emplacement.
Quelques petits détails, douche vétuste, 1 radiateur et 1 éclairage cuisine qui ne fonctionne pas, éclairage escalier commun pas de va et vient, 1 prise électrique dans chambre ne fonctionne pas, aspirateur ne fonctionne pas, lecteur dvd pas branché.2 ou 3 ampoules éclairage salle ne fonctionne pas.

Propreté moyenne, salle de bain pas du tout pratique avec un bac de douche " bricolé" La conciergerie qui se positionne comme interlocuteur ne répond pas aux messages heureusement que le propriétaire compense...
