About this house rental
Very high standard decor in the house. Cosy 5 bedroom, 2 storey house, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful garden space for private use. Sleeps up to 12 people.
Very close to downtown (5 mins by train), loads of restaurants, Costa Coffee, cafes, markets and other shops within 1 minute walk. Flexible check in and check out. Kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home. 12 minutes to Kings Cross International Station, Marble Arch, and 7 minutes to Willesden Green on the Jubilee Line.
Travelling anywhere is possible as the house is near Cricklewood Station which takes you directly to Kings Cross International Station (Harry Potter's platorm 9 3/4), West Hampstead, northwards to St Albans, Luton Airport and beyond, and southwards to London Bridge, Embankment and Gatwick Airport to Brighton beach. The nearest underground tube station is Willesden Green (Jubilee Line) which takes you to either Wembley or Westminster (Big Ben) and Green Park (Buckingham Palace) Busses are very frequent. You are only 10 minutes from Brent Cross Shopping Centre which is described as North West London's premier shopping destination and home to over 2000 leading and designer brands and 120 stylish stores like Apple and H&M. By car you are only 25 minutes from Harry Potter's World in Watford. By foot you are less than a mile away from Hampstead Heath a large, ancient London heath, covering 320 hectares. Plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed. Plenty of food options within walking distance and a convenience store right across the street. With the bus stop across the street and the train a 5 minute walk there wasn’t anywhere we couldn’t get to in the city. Gooroo was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive. Would 100% stay here again.

The home was nice and met the needs of the 8 of us that stayed there. Owner communicated well. Would have been nice to have a sheet of details posted showing Wi-Fi password, lock box access details, garbage day and clean up requirements. Pictures made it look nicer than it really was.

We had a wonderful family vacation of 6 adults for a week in London. The property has plenty of space, is modern, clean with all necessary amenities. The host was super responsive and friendly. There is a bus stop across the street, the train is a 5 minute walk and the tube is a 20 minute walk. The train to connecting subway stations became our preferred method and various apps were accurate on departure times of the trains. It is about 30 minutes to down town London and various tourist spots. Once we mastered the public transportation it was really easy to get around the city. Bottom line this place worked perfectly for our family vacation and what we got for the price could not be beat!
