Appartement idéalement situé en plein centre ville (à quelques minutes à pieds de la parade des pilotes), proche du tramway préfecture (à 30 minutes du circuit des 24H du Mans, pas de place de parking dans la ruelle) et des nombreux restaurants. Il est au calme dans une cour intérieure.
