Situation géographique parfaite, logement propre et bien équipé. Calme et facile d'accès (pour nous). Nous avons pu visiter Trouville très facilement et poser la voiture durant tout le séjour.
Si on doit vraiment citer quelque chose ce sont les parties communes qui sont dégradées, fuites d'eau, manque de propreté, manque de lumière. Difficile d'accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

- 5 town centre. Supermarket restaurant and cafes in 5 minutes. - Apartment clean and neat. - Bathroom with enough towels for all of us, plus soap shampoo... - Netflix available. - Comfortable beds with clean bedsheets. - Well equipped modern kitchen with extras such as salt pepper tea sugar oil... - Many windows and good day light (apart from kids bedroom) - Very accommodating owner.
- Apartment is last floor and becomes very hot when sun hits. No fan available for the hot summer. - Tiny uncomfortable sofa in living room. - Kids room has no window. - No elevator, very narrow building steps. - Building is on a steep hill, climbing for old people is not convenient. - Building entrance and interior definitely needs lots of work and renovation.
