The house was very well kept. There was attention to the details needed to make you feel welcome in the home. Coffee pods, towels placed out for use, and space to put your things away. The front deck had nice chairs to sit in and there was plenty of parking. The instructions for use of the place were simple and helpful. The host was very responsive. Enjoyable stay!

This home is just the ticket for a comfortable stay near Lassen National Park. We used the kitchen for most of our meals and found it to have all we needed for the two of us. It was quiet and very dark at night. We loved sitting out on the front porch and eating out in the back deck. Bed was comfy!!! Will stay here again if we find ourselves in Chester again.

House was good. We found the backdoor and windows unlocked, but once secured, everything was fine. Bring your own toiletries as they were not available as listed. Everything else was fine.
