Cozy cabin with sleeping capacity for 8 or more people and close to shopping and Lake Almanor. Look no further than this little gem in town close to shopping, restaurants and beautiful Lake Almanor. This unit is brand new Cavco Tiny Home/ Cabin and ready for memories. She comes in at just under 400 SF but has a ton of utility with the loft and high ceilings. Would be perfect for family with kids with the bunk room and a loft for hours of kid size fun. Walk to the feather river, lake almanor, or take a drive over to Lassen Volcanic Park only 30-minute drive. This is an awesome location for the recreation enthusiast without the crowds and traffic of Lake Tahoe.

Convenient location within town, walking distance to market and restaurant. Great little home with all necessary appliances for a short term stay. Great bath furnishings and comfortable bedding. Love the reclining chairs after a long day of hiking! One suggestion, replace frying pans as current ones are worn. Would return again if back in the area.

This was above and beyond my expectations! We were amazed at how airy and spacious it is and it was downright charming. The knotty pine was a sweet touch, and having a full sized refrigerator and a couch with reclining plus connections for our devices AND drink holders - priceless! Tanya was very helpful and we look forward to returning!

We planned to stay in this property but arrived to find it not ready. The property manager came by quickly to clean it but we ended up moving over to a different property owned by the same person. That one had a few minor issues as it wasn’t set up for use completely just yet. The manager was very apologetic and did everything to get things set up, but it was still frustrating. The property listed here seemed to match the listing and looked comfortable, even for up to 6 people in a tiny home.Overall, access to Almanor and Lassen was great, grocery store is a block away (the best grocery store in a 100 mile radius), and the property we moved to was clean. We had a great time, sans the initial frustration and move to a different house.
