Bright apartment of about 43 square meters, able to comfortably accommodate 4 people, is located on the second floor of a building with a lift (steps to access the building and the lift). The accommodation is located in the Certosa area and is close to Corso Sempione, Fiera Milanocity, Piazza Firenze, Casa Milan, Tennis Club Alberto Bonacossa, Piazza Portello; furthermore, all areas of the city are easily reachable, in some cases on foot and in others by taking public transport.

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine;
- BALCONIES (two) with access from the living room and the bedroom.

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from 15 October to 15 April.
- For check-in after the scheduled time, the following supplement is required:
* after 9:30 pm and until 11 pm, a supplement of 25 Euros is required.
Payment of the tourist tax will be required.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the important Fiera di Milano and Piazza Firenze, an area very well served by the main tram lines (1, 12, 14, 19) and connected to the city center. The property is located near Viale Certosa. In addition, there are numerous places of the Milan nightlife, such as Cafè Disco Gattopardo, where you can also have delicious aperitifs, or the Piccola Ischia pizzeria to enjoy excellent Neapolitan pizzas.
