In Milan, large two-room apartment on the 3rd floor with lift, bright, with double facing, completely renovated a few steps from the San Siro Stadium. New, modern and refined furnishings, ideal for short or medium-long stays. Equipped with all the comforts. Free Wifi at 1 GB of speed. Both televisions are set up for the Netflix and Amazon Prime Video connection. Available 2 bicycles on request to discover the Trenno Park and the Bosco in città park.
The 55 square meter apartment is composed of a living room with a table and 4 chairs, a flat-screen smart TV, air conditioning, a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, a 4-burner induction hob and a coffee machine. 'Nespresso, kettle, blender, toaster, crockery and much more. Bedroom with 2 single beds that can be transformed into a double upon request. USB sockets on the bedside. Spacious wardrobe, air conditioning, flat screen smart TV, 2 valet storage racks 2, mirror shoe cabinet. Balcony with small table, 2 chairs and external light. The bathroom is spacious, with windows, equipped with shower, toilet, bidet, sink with cabinet, hair dryer and complete with washing machine.
The apartment is located in a strategic area to easily reach every part of the city by car or public transport. Below the house there is the bus stop for buses 64 and 80 leading to the San Siro Stadium and the M5 lilac line subway with 4 stops (also reachable in 10 minutes on foot) or in the other direction towards the city center and the stop De Angeli subway M1 red line (bus 80) or stop Primaticcio M1 (bus 64). Tickets can be bought in the Asia Bar
always under the house and are worth 90 minutes from the validation by bus but allow only access by underground, by train and on the Passante Ferroviario. To reach San Siro look at the link "ww. San Siro. Net how to get." it's very complete. The only warning given to the area is to avoid arriving before the start or end of a game, a concert or an event at the racecourse to avoid long queues. The apartment is located in a residential area with all kinds of shops within walking distance, parks nearby, and there is a tobacco bar under the house. The Esselunga and the Pharmacy are just a few meters away with a MacDonald and a B. P.M. with ATM. Continuing on Via Novara you will find Floriana, an excellent family-run ice cream parlor and pastry shop with tables to sit inside and near the Intesa bank. Downstairs a restaurant and pizzeria La Conchiglia fish specialty highly recommended excellent value for money. Easily reachable by bus 80 with 11 stops, the Acquatica Park historic water park in Milan for adults and children. San Siro Stadium can be reached on foot or by bus 64 or 80 to watch a game or a concert. The racecourse also gives us countless events. Always the 80 bus takes us to Piazza De Angeli near the National Theater. Before an aperitif at the Hall of Fame Sport Bistrot for an aperitif and after .. Via Marghera very good ice cream parlors and pizzerias and evening strolls. Very close 2 bookstores the Mondadori in Via Marghera and the Feltrinelli in Piazza Piemonte and continuing in the description of the area not to be forgotten Corso Vercelli a historic shopping street and always walking towards Buonarroti we can reach City life visiting the park, the new shopping center with Antaeus Multiplex Cinema take the M5 Tre Torri stop and return to San Siro.

Everything was fab and as described. Loads of room. We wanted for nothing, it was like home from home but in the sun :) It is a bit out of the centre, but transport was quick and easy once you get the hang of it. Enrico was a 5 star host. Top tip : Take a credit card and just tap it on the bus or at the barrier on the metro, but ALWAYS remember to tap it also as you leave the bus or metro. One credit card per traveller. It's cheap and easy. We would 100% recommend the apartment and host.

Enrico was a great host! Easy check in. He met us with an interpreter who was very pleasant and they showed us around the apartment and answered all of our questions. Enrico was very quick to answer all of my messages. We are from America and communicated with him on What’s App which was a great way to connect with him. We really enjoyed the area! Only a few mins walk from nearest metro. We went to Garibaldi area and the San Ambroglia area, and Naviglio and really loved those locations. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities you need. It was very convenient to have access to a washer and dryer! I would absolutely come back here.

Communication with the owner was fantastic from start to finish. This was the best equipped apartment that we have stayed in during our five weeks in Italy, particularly in the kitchen. Enrico also left us croissants for breakfast, cold cuts, milk and Prosecco in the Fridge. It is a large bright apartment, exactly as depicted in the pictures. We picked this location as we had a car and wanted to be in the suburbs. It is a 12 minute walk (or 3 minute bus ride) to the San Sirro station on the #5 metro line, the last stop on the line. Thanks Enrico!!
