Clean newer floors. Nice kitchen set up.
Front of residence was disgusting. Drain in shower was clogged. Mould around base of shower. Dirty walls. Litter. A massive stack of mail for the owner not getting collected which exemplifies the common outside and entry hall areas being unattended to.
