La sala de estar es muy amplia y bonita; el ascensor es antiguo pero con mucho encanto, el dormitorio una cama grande; la cocina es pequeña pero tiene lo suficiente
Aunque es cierto que tiene el transporte cerca de casa si quieres visitar el centro sin hacer uso de transporte no está tan cerca (unos 35 minutos andando con cuestas hasta el centro).
El propietario contesta rápido a las dudas pero tampoco nos ha podido ayudar mucho. Me parece caro para lo que es. No digo que no volvería pero si que buscaría antes otras opciones antes de repetir. Por lo demás estaba muy limpio

The location was great — just 100 meters from Poleart and close to Metro Louis and tram lines. The apartment is on the third floor, and even though the windows face a lively street with restaurants, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The apartment itself is cozy, with one bedroom, a small bathroom, and a compact kitchen. The highlight is definitely the living room — spacious and beautifully set up.
It was a delightful stay and worth the money.
As the apartment is newly listed on Booking, it’s understandable that it still needs some improvements to better accommodate guests. A deep cleaning is needed, along with some repairs to furniture and better organization, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. We also would have appreciated having a light bedsheet, as there was only a heavy winter duvet, which was too warm for summer.
