Mancanza di una persiana alla finestra, non a disposizione una presa Siemens per asciugacapelli e lavatrice, casa molto calda sprovvista di climatizzatore ma munita di pale (ventole)al soffitto inoltre è su due livelli e cosa curiosa la cucina è al piano superiore
