The Cottage In Foresthill On Main Street, in walking distance to wedding sites

Perfect place to stay in Foresthill. Check in was so easy. Wendy sent instructions for all I needed for my stay. Cottage was very clean and was equipped with everything you need. Walking distance to venue. Great bakery a very short walk. Highly recommend this cottage.

There was a small issue with check in, but hostess Wendy was immediately responsive, and the cabin was cozy and in the middle of the town on the main street, close to any direction you're going.Would recommend and stay again. Be mindful this is a cabin/cottage and most time is going to be spent outside, but amenities were more than adequate. Cottage was stocked with all simple dishes, pots, & utensils, needed for cooking a hearty meal, but no dishwasher. BBQ outside if needed. TV, wifi, and board games, books. Furniture was comfy, clean, and adequate. But next time I would bring my own pillows.For summer time there was an ac unit, fan, and heater for cold nights. Enough room for 2 adults, and 1 child, would be very cozy for 4 adults or family of 4. Bathroom was recently renovated. A perfect place to stay for a short/long weekend or a week or more excursion. Really 4 stars, but since the small issue with check in, and due to hostess immediate response I gave 5. The cleanliness was manageable but could have been better, reason for the 4 star comment, however its a cottage in a small forrest town, and hostess was great.

The cottage met our needs.

Location is great, easy walk to venues and local shops and restaurants, but not noisy. Nicely equipped kitchenette and comfy seating. The bed was comfy too. Parking was easy. Overall my stay was pleasant. But. I would have liked fewer cobwebs in the corners and on lamps. And the sliding glass doors in the shower came off the track easily so that was awkward. The wifi never did work despite resetting the router.
