The host was easy to communicate with and responsive. The house was as advertised. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and maintainedAll in all it was a great place for a family friend gathering!

There were 7 of us on the getaway. The 2 refrigerators were not clean, the cabinet in the kitchen, where the trash cans were kept, was nasty. There were lots of cigarette butts in a concrete planter by the front door, the coffee pot had not been cleaned, there was a lot of dust, but the sheets and towels were clean. I have communicated with the owner and he is aware of the issues.
