Sitting a short walk between Ky lake and Lake Barkley, enjoy a weekend filled with boating, shopping, and many other activities nearby. 500ft down the hill is the heart of Grand Rivers boasting many shops and unique dining opportunities including Village Market, Cabin Pizza, T. LAWSON’S Grill, Craig’s Dairy Dream, The Grist Mill, Dockers, Cracker Barrel (about 6 miles away), The WaffleHouse (also about 6 miles away).

Enjoyed the very convenient location and quiet setting. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great layout for two or three couples. Highly recommended for a stay in Grand Rivers at a very reasonable price.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and welcoming. We had a couple of questions and he was very quick to respond. They had provided a lot of little exta things that made it feel like home.We had a great visit!

Online description was fair and accurate. It was quiet, clean, and located just outside of town. Very walkable to town, although there are hills. Great communication with the host for any issues that came up.
