Close to kayaking, parasailing, and more, this family-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 8-minute drive to Falaise Château or the 20-minute drive to Lac de Rabodanges (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return to this 2551-sq-ft vacation home, you can unwind by the communal pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the outdoor furniture and BBQ grill. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at foosball, or enjoy the free WiFi and table tennis.

With grandparents, parents and children, including one with severe autism, this was an ideal place for our holiday. The property was stunning, the setting beautiful and the pool inviting. Plenty of space for everyone and a lovely secure garden area. The layout of the bedrooms (doubles/singles) wasn’t quite as listed, but we were able to adapt easily enough. Great to find a holiday location that is so welcoming to the disabled community. The play barn was a huge hit with the children and they enjoyed making friends with other guests, despite the language barrier! Kitchen was well equipped and the huge dining table was super for family meals.

We stayed here as a group of 3 families. It’s a spacious house so everyone had plenty of their own space and didn’t get on each others nerves. The property is exactly as described, the pool is wonderful and play barn much better than we anticipated. There is a space outside to play football/cricket so altogether perfect for a family holiday. The host and the property manager were amazing and went above and beyond both before and during our stay. Thoroughly recommend.

When we saw this house advertised not once said there was gites near, it made out the house was on its own and that the games room was attached to the house! We booked here as a large group and the games room was one of the things that we liked. When we arrived we found that there was other accommodation round us which we were not aware of. Also the bedding or lack of bedding was to be desired, we all had one pillow each on the bed which were not at all thick!! Also there was no extra bedding either.
