The gîte consists of the main house and an independent apartment, perfect for groups looking for comfort and space:

- 1 garage (secure room for bikes, mountain bikes, motorcycles - water point)
- 1 independent studio : kitchenette, shower/WC, double bed (140) + sofa bed (140)
🔹 1st floor / garden level:
- Entrance + laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer)
- Fitted kitchen with dining area
- Large dining room
- Spacious living room

- 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 / 1 bed 160)
