We stayed here for a week while our kids attended a sports camp at Pepperdine. The place had good parking for two vehicles. It's a quiet neighborhood. It gets a great ocean breeze. Perfect size for a family.

Booked this property because of its excellent proximity to Pepperdine for our niece’s graduation. Property is as described, nothing fancy; the home, furnishings and linens are dated. But again, considering the area, it was affordable and conveniently located. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Response time from our host was excellent- she came quickly with extra linens and to repair one of the showers.

One of the bathroom showers flooded the hallway and a bedroom so was unusable. One of the fire alarm batteries started chirping at 4am. One of the toilets ran constantly. On Sunday morning the water heater started making loud tapping noises at 6am. The property manager was unable to deal with any of these situations. Also the bunk bedroom is a trundle bed not a bunk bed. It was fine as there were only three people staying in the house.
This will be my last VRBO booking. It’s hotels from now on.
