About this house rental
Welcome to Mirasol Manor! Perfectly situated between San Luis Obsipo and Paso Robles wine region! Our new home is 10 minutes from downtown Paso and about 5 minutes from the closest winery! We are a 2-3 minute drive to downtown Atascadero; full of wine bars, great beer, shops and restaurants! We do have a pack & play for little ones! Follow us on IG @mirasolmanor
The space
Located in a quiet court, the newly built house is a perfect place to vacation with friends and family! The 3000 square foot home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The house comfortably sleeps 10 guests and a baby. We do have a pack and play, please bring your own linens.
The Mini Manor at Mirasol Manor can sleep an additional 4 guests (sleeping a total of 14). The Mini Manor is separate from the main house and provides additional space for larger groups to spread out or offers extra privacy for 4 of your guests that may need a little more quiet time. The Mini has a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom. All parties of 11+ get access to both the main house and Mini Manor. Any party of 10 or less will only get access to our main house. If your party of 10 or less would like access to the Mini Manor there is an additional fee for cleaning and utilities. Please contact the host for how to add this to your stay if interested.
You have 4 parking spots, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no street parking. If you do require additional parking, please let us know and we can help.
The kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials if you want to stay in and cook. We have a propane BBQ in the backyard as well. The backyard is a great place to cook out while playing corn hole or relaxing by the fire pit.
Guest access
Guests are a given a door code to use during their stay. You have access to the entire house and backyard. We have 4 parking spots, 2 in the garage + 2 in the driveway. There is no street parking.
Other things to note
There are smart TVs to stream content, using your personal account. No cable or satellite TV. The upstairs TV has vintage video games. including the original Nintendo!
We have cornhole in the garage. Take it in the backyard to play while BBQing
We do have a pack and play but please bring your own linens.

House was great. Minor issues with mini manor shower drain; however Katie was very responsive. Only suggestion would be to check household items such as iron/steamer. Overall great stay! I would definitely book this house again! Thank you!

Celebrated my husbands 60th birthday plus several other birthdays and a 31st anniversary. The house was fantastic. Open concept living area was so nice with 9 adults. My 80 and 81 year old in-laws were with us and the mini manor was perfect for them so they didn’t have to climb the stairs to the bedrooms in the main house, plus we played some pretty rowdy dice and card games later into the night and the in-laws slept through our noise in the mini manor. The Pig Iron in Templeton is worth a try, we had a great time eating there and the food was awesome! Thank you Katie for sharing your beautiful house.

The house was updated and well stocked, perfect for our large group. Location was perfect for our exploring the region, and Katie was so responsive. Thanks for the fun getaway!
