Our residence is an ideal retreat for sizable gatherings, featuring an elegant living area and a vibrant family/game room equipped with mini foosball, mid-sized air hockey, & a variety of board games.
We take pride in presenting our exclusive seasonal gardens, with an array of flowers, fruits, vegetables, and herbs, all for your enjoyment and to enhance your farm-to-table dining experience. Please note that the gardens are seasonal and depending on season and weather may not look as beautiful as they do in the photos. Atascadero, a charming and intimate bedroom community, offers a respite from the hustle of urban life, blending the allure of historical charm with modern attractions. For those eager to explore, a wealth of outdoor pursuits awaits, including pristine beaches, trails, cycling, tennis, and golf. The locale is enriched with a vibrant selection of breweries, cideries, wine tastings, cinemas, and dining options. Conveniently situated in the Central Coast, we’re just 10 minutes from the Paso Robles Wine Country, 15 minutes from Morro Bay Beach, and 15 minutes north of San Luis Obispo. Our home is a sanctuary of wellness, strictly prohibiting smoking and parties, and adhering to a no-pet policy due to the owner’s severe allergies and asthma. For guests with pets, alternative accommodations are recommended. A reminder: our dedicated gardeners attend to the gardens every Thursday to ensure their pristine condition for your pleasure. The sleeping arrangements include: 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 1 sofa bed suitable for two small adults, 2 rollaway beds, a crib, and a pack 'n play.

The cozy downstairs bedroom is equipped with a smaller TV and two plush queen beds for restful nights. Venture outdoors for lively games of Corn Hole, Washers, and Ladders. Our Seasonal Gardens are a peaceful sanctuary for unwinding. Fire up the barbecue for a savory meal al fresco. The outdoor living space is beautifully illuminated by the soft glow of pergola lights, inviting you to relax by the fire pit’s warmth and the gentle cascade of the waterfall. Our home is designed for peace and security, open to guests who are at least 28 years old. With a Ring doorbell at the front door, back and driveway, plus a Nest Thermostat for optimal climate control, we prioritize your comfort and ease of mind. The home was gorgeous and in a wonderful location. The photos online do not do it justice. It’s a spacious single story that is immaculate. We felt at home and very comfortable. I would rent this location again in a heart beat. The only issue we had was with the outdoor fireplace. We couldn’t get it to turn on. It was our last night so we didn’t bother contacting anyone due to the time of day.

We were a group of 8 adults and 6 kids ranging from 2 to 8 yrs old. There was enough room for our 4 families and the den/game room was perfect for the kids to hang out in. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood is quiet and good location…Morro Bay and Paso Robles were short drives away. Owner Jean was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

Friends for 50 years gathered for the first time since the shut down for our annual trip. We could not have more enchanted with this beautifully appointed home & gardens. There was nothing wanting. It is exactly as the photos. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay special and help with some backyard features when we could not figure them out. Close to Morro Bay and several wineries. Oh did I mention the sheets !! We were spoiled and happy. Will come back again.
