We had a fantastic time here with two families (four young children). Beautiful views and a great base for exploring the area. We absolutely recommend it.

Everyone loved the stay, the outdoor area with the garden, pool and pétanque area were huge hits. The kitchen was recently equipped and the AC in the rooms was a life saver. My only negative is the Wi-Fi, very slow and very limited in range making it hard to do zoom calls (I know you're supposed to relax in vacation but sometimes you need to take the important ones). Would recommend 100%

We (2 adults, 4 girls aged 8 to 11) enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is spacious and the garden/pool area even better than expected from the pictures. With sun from the morning through late afternoon, it was warm enought for the kids to spend a lot of time in the pool even though it was late October (and the pool is heated, too!) and to use the (shaded) patio extensively. The outside area also features a boule/pétanque field, a roofed patio with darts and table football and a gas-fuelled barbecue.
The three bathrooms and all other rooms were very clean and well equipped.
The house is beautifully located in a very silent area high above Châteauneuf-Grasse with magnificent views which alone are worth the trip.
On the flip side of the house's beautiful location, both the ascent to the house (up to 15% incline) and access to the driveway can be a bit demanding with a larger car if you lack the respective driving experience. We managed but it was challenging (we arrived in a 9-seats rental bus, admittedly, which is probably the largest type of car that works).
If you are looking for a quiet place for your holidays, this should be perfect from spring through autumn!

We had an amazing week here, enjoyed the area which is perfect for road biking and the house which exceeded our expectations massively. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious both outside and indoors, everything functions well, the pool is huge. We could go on - nothing but positive words.
