Spacious, very clean, great location, beautiful views through the windows, lots of facilities
From a far it looked like it’s in a rundown part of town, but this is not the case once you get to know the place

Gastgeberin hat vor Ort gewartet und Schlüssel übergeben. Sehr freundlich. Alles war sehr sauber. Gut ausgestattet. Tolle Fernsicht über Stadt und Region. Nah am Stadtzentrum. Fussläufig alles zu erreichen.
Das Wohnhaus außen ist etwas schäbig. Davon sollte man sich nicht abschrecken lassen. Eine Terrasse oder ein Balkon wären noch schön gewesen. Kaffeemaschine funktionierte leider nicht einwandfrei. Lage direkt an der Straße. Dadurch morgens ziemlich laut (Müllabfuhr etc.).

L’appartement est vraiment très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé, très lumineux et avec une vue incroyable sur la vallée.
Il est très bien équipé (lave-linge, sèche-linge, lave vaisselle etc…). Il dispose de 3 douches / salles de bain.
Il a le charme de l’ancien rénové.

The property was beautiful and well stocked with all amenities to make the stay very comfortable. The host is lovely and helped us when arrived at Grasse station
We had lovely views of the sun rising over Grasse every morning and all top restaurants are easily accessible on foot several mins away
The apartment deco was tuned up to give you a taste of the perfumes made in Grasse with magazines from Fragonard to get you in the mood
Beds were really great and comfortable
We didn’t have any issues with the property
Do recommend to book cabs in advance if you want to travel to other close by towns esp during the off season
