This delightful, single-storey lodge is ideally located in the centre of the historical market town of Burgh le Marsh.. All on the Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: 50" Freeview TV, DVD Player, CD Player
Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet, Bath Seat. Gas central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed courtyard to front with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Tucked away in the centre of Burgh le Marsh, just a short walk to the market place and all the shops, pubs and restaurants, this delightful single-storey lodge adjoins the owner’s home. It is ideal for those looking for a relaxing break or a base from which to explore this area of Lincolnshire. Just 4 miles from Skegness, with all the fun of the fair, cinema, nature park at Gibraltar Point and lovely sandy beaches. Gunby Hall (NT) is 3 miles and a brewery tour at Batemans Brewery in Wainfleet (4 miles) is worth a visit. Horncastle’s antique emporiums and walking in Tennyson Country are also within easy reach. Take a scenic drive to the historic, cathedral city of Lincoln, across the beautiful Wolds with an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. There are two golf courses and horse riding within 5 miles and fishing ½ mile. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Very beautiful villa, peaceful and secluded, clean and well maintained, fully furnished and received a warm welcome from Sue. Location central to major towns. Highly Recommended and will definitely look to book again in the future.

What a great place to stay for a week, Sue the owner was very friendly, and helpful. The bungalow was only minutes from the small village, with pubs, restaurants, and takeaways.The bungalow itself was well equipped, with everything you need, clean and comfortable.Yes we would definitely recommend this place, and hopefully would return again.

The cottage's facilities are exceptional & the owner most helpful and friendly. The only drawback is vehicular access, which could be difficult for larger cars. It is a lovely, quiet village for those wanting peace & relaxation. While for families and the young at heart, all the beach/resort activity you could want is only 15 minutes away.
