About this cottage rental

Close to ecotours, fishing, and more, this family-friendly cottage brings it all within reach. Tiber River is just a short walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 4-minute drive to Santa Maria della Consolazione.

Relax by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the garden of this 2476-sq-ft cottage, which also features a deck or patio and a firepit. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at foosball and table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

Six of us stayed for a week in late May. The house is very comfortable. The seating options were somewhat limited in the living room but we brought in extra chairs from other rooms. The views from poolside are fabulous. Perhaps the best feature of the stay was the property manager, Giuseppe. He is very friendly and quick to respond to questions and provide help and suggestions. He only speaks Italian but we were able to get by with a translation app. And we used WhatsApp for texting which Giuseppe would then translate.

Nice large old house with great grounds and amenities. Very close to Todi. Owner and manager are responsive and easy to communicate with. Great for large families. Out door grill, grounds and pool are amazing.
