- Small Bedroom 2 (6.07 m²) : 2 bunk beds (80) higher bed is forbidden for children under 6 years old, window facing North, view on residency entrance
- Bathroom (2.45 m²) : Italian shower, washbasin, WC.

For arrivals: Check-in and key collection take place at the agency between 4 pm and 6 pm for apartments and between 5 pm and 6 pm for chalets and Apartment Paccaly 2.
For departures: Key collection must take place at the agency before 10 am for apartments and before 9 am for chalets and Apartment Paccaly 2.
