Apartment on the first and last level of a chalet with 5 apartments located on the edge of the Riffroids ski slope (access to the entire ski area), 350 m from the center and ice rink in winter (slope at 17%). Beautiful view of the village and the Aravis Mountain Range. Quiet. Shuttles nearby.

BATHROOM: 3.17 m2, one sink, one shower, closets, washing machine, dryer, towel warmer, Independent toilet 1.23 m2, window,
LIVING ROOM: 14 m2, 1 sofa bed 2 persons (140), television, French door leading to a North and East balcony 7.12 m2, garden furniture,
KITCHEN AREA: 3.27 m2, sink, 2 ceramic hobs, oven, AirFryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hood, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Logement idéalement placé pour skier mais la côte pour remonter au Logement est bien raide

La vue de la Clusaz depuis l'appartement était splendide, l'appartement était ravissant moderne propre bien équipé et au calme.
La capacité prévue pour 6 personnes n'est pas adaptée en ce qui concerne le couchage. La chambre avec le canapé lit est pour 1 seule personne et non pour 2 (lit en 120)

Mais une pente de 16% à monter et descendre avec une petite de 2 ans,
