Wake up in this bright tiny house located right in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. It’s a well-equipped casita very close (walkable, even) to Kerrville’s historic downtown, the River Trail, and the Trailhead Beer Garden and Kerrville Hills Winery, both located on the Schreiner University campus. We are happy to share our well-proven insider tips with our guests to enjoy Kerrville and the Texas Hill Country at its best!

This house was perfect for our stay! It was the perfect size for two. The house was clean and has wonderful modern appliances that worked great! The host was responsive to any questions or concerns we had (we encountered an injured baby deer that we wanted to make sure was safe and taken care of). I would absolutely recommend this to house to anyone staying in Kerrville!

The property was lovely and quiet. Check in and out was super easy, and the property had everything we could have needed for our stay. The property manager even made sure we were safe during the emergency event that occurred.
