About this apartment rental
This is an upstairs fully equipped apartment that has cozy, private, romantic atmosphere. Has a covered outdoor patio, with comfy furnishings, fan, large ‘smart TV’ and gas outdoor heater. Continental breakfast goodies always included with no extra charge. Breakfast bar with ceiling fan and a view. Full kitchen w/gas stove, farmhouse sink, RO water faucet, microwave, fridge with RO ice mkr, drip & pod coffee pots, espresso maker, toaster, blender, elec mixer and griddle, slow cooker, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, etc. etc. Dining/living room with sofa, recliner, 2 occasional chairs, large ‘smart TV’, ceiling fan, electric fireplace and games. There is an enclosed area with a full sized washer/dryer for our guests convince. Large beautiful bedroom with king bed, luxury linens, ceiling fan, plus table fans on each side of bed, ‘smart TV’, makeup table with lighted magnifying mirror/fan and bench, occasional chair, dresser. Separate, tiled toilet/vanity area>marble sink vanity, large mirror and closet, plus a separate enclosed spa shower area with seat. Kerrville is a great base for motorcyclists, bicyclists and old car enthusiast - Texas Highway 39 hugs the Upper Guadalupe River, we are not actually on TX 39 BUT can serve as a great staging point for the rest of the Hill Country, no matter which direction you choose to go! We are close to Bandera, Leaky, Lost Maples State Park, Medina, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Sisterdale, Boerne, the 'Three Twisted Sisters', etc.. You could even go on a day tour of the nearby wineries, breweries and distilleries - if you like, a limo will pick you up And drop you off right at our door!

This property is exactly the haven we needed for our trip into Kerrville. It’s an adorable apartment just as advertised. Clair is a fabulous and communicative host, and the property had everything we needed for a quiet place to relax between seeing family for the holidays.
