Exiting the courtyard is the long sandy beach of Peramos and the crystal clear sea. The house overlooks the sea and the castle of the area. Within a 5-minute walk you are in the center of Peramos and a 2-minute drive to all Ammolofoi beaches. There is mini-market next to the house and super-market within 2 minutes by car.
