Очень хорошие апартаменты, приятные хозяева.
Адрес места в Буккинг написан неверно. На здании вообще нет ни номера, ни названия улицы. Приехали по адресу улица 28 Октября 39, а это оказался просто жилой дом. Хозяин дома был очень зол, что несколько человек уже ему звонили в дверь … собирался вызвать полицию. Хорошо, что девушку на пути остановили и спросили, она со своего телефона позвонила по обозначенному на сайте номеру телефона. Приехал наш хозяин и забрал нас на свою виллу

Very cosy has everything needed even for a long stay
Location is not in the center of Nea Peramos but we saw that before booking so it was not a problem. It's still easy to access the center by foot for about 20 min slow walk.. By car or we even saw some bus stops. For the beach we go with a car to amolofi anyway so location was not a problem.

I really like how clean is the whole apartment. Is very well organized and you have exactly what you need for a good stay. The host is very nice and everytime you have questions, they'll answer to you without hesitation. I totally recommend. The Nea Peramos beach is 10-15 minutes of walking from the main apartment.
I didn't like the fact that the wi-fi was not very stable sometimes. While we were there, they've been working to make the internet better so I am sure that in the future this issue is going to be solved. Also for us, the distance was not a problem because we used the car for transportation.
