This Treasured Retreat has been recently remodeled and is tastefully decorated with a relaxing beach theme. This home has an open floor plan with a light and bright beach air. This beautifully updated kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining that opens up to the dining room and living room for social interaction. The home is stocked as if a 5 star resort hotel with all the amenities to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying the BEACH!
We have also included fun beach toys for your enjoyment: Beach Toys, Boogie Boards, Surf Board, Beach Wagon, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Bikes and Beach Towels. We can also offer additional beach bike rentals through a local vendor that will bring them to the house upon arrival and pick them up upon departure.

This beach house in Newport Beach was an absolute gem for my wife, our two little girls, and me! Perfectly located, it’s just a short walk to the sandy shores, vibrant restaurants, and the iconic pier—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The house itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with all the necessities, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and beach towels, making it perfect for a family vacation. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, ensuring a seamless and relaxing stay for us and our girls. The proximity to local attractions combined with the clean, comfortable space made this the ideal coastal getaway. Highly recommend for families visiting Newport Beach! Brenda is an amazing host!

I loved everything about the house and area. This is the second year in a row my family stayed there and we had an incredible time there. I would recommend this for a family of 5 or less.

Amazing week and weather was perfect. Such a nice home to relax during the evenings and beach right there a short walk away during the days. Shopping and great food close by. It was the perfect place for our getaway.
