Ideal for large families, corporate business travelers, or large groups! You can comfortably sleep 9 people, and entertain in the spacious patio outside.
Quiet residential neighborhood. Home sits on a Cul-De-Sac, full of large single family homes. Safe and secure parking for up to 4 vehicles in Garage and Front Driveway
Please see our strict house rules in place to keep the highest quality for all of our guests:
-No smoking or use of drugs allowed
-No parties or events allowed (must be pre-cleared with Host/Property Owner, insurance deposit required)
-Check-in time 4pm onwards
-No extra/Overnight guests ( Have more guests than listed in reservation or if the number doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel reservation)
-No mail delivered here ( unless personally arranged head of time)
-No moving/rearranging furnitures
-No unplugging all the electronics like TVs, lamps, etc.
-No pets
-No Disrespecting/disturbing the neighbors
-No loud music after 10pm
-11am is check out time

Everything was wonderful. We were in town for our son’s wedding and the house was just perfect. Very clean and accommodating for large families. There was so much space! Nice backyard too. Hosts were very responsive and extremely nice. We had a great time.

We traveled to Seattle for ECNL Soccer Playoffs. i was warned that traffic in Seattle could be a bear, and encouraged to stay in Kirkland. We hit the jackpot with this house. Immediately upon booking, Muni was super responsive…answered any questions I had right away. House has been recently renovated with beautiful bathrooms, ample kitchen space, and a beautiful backyard to enjoy Seattle evenings. We could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely return the next time we are in Seattle for playoffs!

We were a large family group in town for a wedding. This house is great for that kind of stay. Owner was helpful and responsive, property was in very good condition. We will stay here again.
